\n\n2. Eligibility<\/strong>
\nThe contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

\n\nEmployees of Generator Solutions, its affiliates, and immediate family or members of the same household are not eligible to enter<\/strong>

\n\n3. Contest Period<\/strong>
\nThe contest begins on May 1, 2026 and closes on May 31, 2026.

\n4. How to Enter<\/strong>
\nNo purchase is necessary.

\n\nTo enter, participants must complete the official entry form by providing:

\n\n* Full Name
\n* Phone Number
\n* Email Address
\n* Address

\n\nLimit of one (1) entry per person.<\/Strong>

\n\n5. Prize<\/strong>
\nOne (1) winner will receive:

\n\nOne (1) MA23-N-20 GenerLink\u2122 system and one (1) King Canada portable generator (no installation or delivery included).
Delivery, installation and permit is not included and is the responsibility of the winner.<\/strong>
\n\nApproximate retail value: $ 3000.00 CAD

\n\nPrize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

\n\n6. Winner Selection<\/strong>
\nA random draw will be conducted on May 31, 2026 from all eligible entries received.
\n\nOdds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

\n\n7. Winner Notification<\/strong>
\nThe selected entrant will be contacted by email and\/or phone.

\n\nTo be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

\n\nRespond within 7 days of initial contact,\nCorrectly answer a skill-testing question. Have and provide photo ID.
\n\nIf the selected entrant cannot be reached or fails to respond within the required time, another entrant may be selected.

\n\n8. Skill-Testing Question<\/strong>
\nAs required by Canadian law, The selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, administered by Generator Solutions, to be declared the winner.

\n\n9. General Conditions<\/strong>
\nGenerator Solutions reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if necessary.

\nGenerator Solutions also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, submits entries that are not in accordance with these rules, or engages in fraudulent or disruptive behavior.

\n\n10. Privacy<\/strong>
\nBy entering, participants consent to the collection, storage and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering this contest and contacting the winner.

\n\nParticipants may also opt-in to receive promotional communications from Generator Solutions. Consent to marketing is optional and not required to enter.

\n\n11. Agreement to Rules<\/strong>
\nBy participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Generator Solutions, which are final.

\n\n12. Publicity Release<\/strong>
\nBy accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Generator Solutions to use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.\n
